Concrete weights description
In this video I try to make a set of Weight plates out of concrete, it was something I always wanted to try, because to me is something super cool to make out of concrete, and it is super cheap compared with the branded ones, I made them a silicone bumper to protect the weights against the floor, just kidding to protect the floor from the plates and also an adapter to fit a 1 inch barbell, which in any moment I can remove the concrete and fit a 2 inch Olympic barbell, the total cost including the tools and materials for the molds was about 200 bucks.
