Today I will make some cupcakes especially suitable for occasions like birthday
Made with butter and cream, the frosting has a rich and smooth taste, not easy to melt.
Can be used to pipe a variety of shapes.
☘️6 cupcakes (this recipe is for 6 cupcakes, cup size : 7cm diameter x 3.5cm H)
1 Large egg (60-65g)
Unsalted butter (softened) 60g
Caster sugar/Icing sugar 60g
Vanilla extract ½tsp
Salt 1g
Cake flour 70g
Corn flour 15g
Milk (room temp) 60g
Baking powder ½tsp
☘️ Frosting
Unsalted butter (softened) 80g
Cream (room temp) 120g
Icing sugar 20g
☘️Various food color gels
☘️**Preheat oven to 165C/330F
** Bake at 165C/330F for 28~30 mins
