Video Not Working? Fix It Now

These button closures, or 一字扣, are typically found on qipao, or cheongsam, and other traditional Chinese clothing. This closure uses two colors for an extra pop of color. If you are interested in the closures found on qipao, then you might be interested in this video right here :-) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jjqM6afFXHY&t=453s While I am still learning and will continue practicing to make them neater, I share tips that might be helpful for beginners. Note: Everyone ties there knots a bit differently, so this is just one way that might work for you. This video is purposefully a bit longer so you can see the entire process and speed it up to your comfort level. Would love to hear any suggestions so I can improve any future sewing process videos! #cheongsam #qipao #sewingtutorial 🌸 t a b l e o f c o n t e n t s 🌸 making bias strips 0:00 making button knot 1:57 securing the tail 8:04 making the loop closure 12:09 🌸 r e s o u r c e s 🌸 As an Amazon Associate I earn a small percentage from qualifying purchases :) Thank you for supporting the work I create!
