1Kg of vegetables
50g of fine salt
30g cornflour
10g ground turmeric
10g English mustard
15g mustard seeds
1tsp of crushed cumin seeds
1tsp of crushed coriander seeds
600ml cider vinegar
150g of sugar
50g of honey
Runner Bean Pickle
1kg of young runner beans
300ml of cider vinegar
100ml of water
300g of sugar
1tsp ground allspice
1tsp of black pepper
6 juniper berries (optional)
