How to make eggplant jam:
1 kilo small size aubergine ( the smaller the size the better )
1 kilo granulated sugar
5 cups water
1 wipe teaspoon butter
1 wipe teaspoon lemon salt
6-7 cloves
juice of half a lemon
to keep the aubergines waiting :
1 full teaspoon carbonate
1 tsp salt
enough water
