Fermented fish is one traditional food that you could find in most Asian countries, especially in Cambodia and Lao. In this tutorial, we used river barb fish to demonstrate the fermentation technique. The first step is to clean, cut, and dry the fish before salting. After salting, the fish will be kept in a clean glass jar for a few days before the final steps. Watch the video from start to finish to learn how to make it on your own.
