How to Make Flavourful Jerk Chicken Legs in the Oven| With a Spicy Pineapple Sauce| Caribbean food|

Prep Time: 10 mins + Marinating 30 mins
Cooking Time: 1hr 20 mins
Total Time: 2 hours
Ingredients
2 trays of organic chicken legs (use whatever you have)

Seasonings for the chicken
1 teaspoon chicken seasoning (I used one from Portland Jamaica)
1 teaspoon each of onion and garlic granules
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning blend
1 teaspoon of dried jerk seasoning (Portland Brand)
1 teaspoon of all purpose seasoning
1 teaspoon Paprika (use what you have)
1 teaspoon of oil
2 clove of garlic
1 teaspoon of salt (I used sea flakes
1/2 of a teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of homemade green seasoning
1 teaspoon of Walkerswood mild jerk seasoning (use more if you like it really spicy)
1/2 of Dunn’s River hot jerk seasoning (use more if you like it really spicy)
1 teaspoon of browning
Pineapple slices (optional)
A couple spring onions to go in the tray with the legs (optional)
Spicy pineapple Jerk sauce
Juice from the pineapple
Jerk seasonings (add more if you want)
Tamarind paste
Honey
Ketchup
Lea Perrin sauce
Soya sauce
Same seasoning use for the chicken legs
Add juices from the chicken once cooked (more flavours)

Note: increasing the oven temperature allows for much quicker cooking so adjust accordingly if you want it done in a faster time.
