150g icing sugar
100g cornflour
For the Marshmallow...
24g powdered gelatine + 120ml cold water
150g caster sugar
90g + 90g liquid glucose
60ml cold water
2 tsp vanilla extract
**Important temperature!!! - 116°Celcius!!!**
