Full Fried Baby Back Ribs Recipe: Dry Batter: One cup flour 1/2 cup cornstarch 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon cayenne powder(can be omit) 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoons or more salt 1 Sazon Goyor packet 1 Beef powder packet (Sazon goyor) 1 1/2 cup water Mix altogether and make sure to taste to see if it seasoned enough for you Wet batter: 1 cup flour 1/2 cornstarch 1teaspoon baking powder Garlic powder Onion powder Cayenne pepper(can’t be omitted Salt to taste 1/2 packet of sazon or more to your taste.. 1 packet beef powder Make sure you taste your wet mix and dry for the right amount of seasoning and don’t over do it on the salt….. Marinade: 3/4 cup of vinegar Water 3 tablespoon ham or beef, bouillon powder Onion powder Garlic powder Cayenne pepper Salt to taste Instructions: 1. Put ribs into the marinade and let’s sit overnight or up to 4-6 hours 2. Remove ribs from the marinade do not rinse pat dry 3. Put rib into the wet batter and then into the dry batter and drop in hot oil at 365° 4.
