Are you looking for gluten-free egg roll wrappers? Do you think you can't have egg rolls or wontons because you have Celiac Disease or are gluten sensitive? Well, you're wrong! In this video, I'm going to show you how to make gluten-free egg roll/wonton wrappers that are delicious and easy to make! Having to eat a gluten free diet is hard, you give up many foods you love because they are not gluten free. Egg rolls are one of my favorite foods, but there are no wrappers available to make my homemade egg rolls. Have you been struggling with your gluten free baking? In this video, I don't only show you how to make a delicious gluten free egg roll wrapper, I give you tips to have success with gluten free baking. Enjoy the day you can begin eating egg rolls and wontons again. They don't have to be perfect in shape or thickness. As you make them several times you will get the perfect wrapper for you, how you like it. Have fun and eat all the egg rolls you want now without worry. Ingredients all-purpose gluten-free flour (1 and three fourth cups, 245 grams) Bob's Red Mill gluten-free baking flour xanthan gum gluten-free modified tapioca starch (35 grams) eggs (3, 150 grams) water (1/4 cup, warm) expandex Instructions Have a scale to measure out ingredients accurately Start with 1 and 3/4 cups of all-purpose gluten-free flour (245 grams) Use Bob's Red Mill gluten-free baking flour Weigh out the flour to ensure it is 245 grams Use a stand mixer or mix by hand Add 3/4 teaspoon of xanthan gum if not included in the flour mix Add 35 grams of gluten-free modified tapioca starch Weigh out three eggs to be 150 grams without the shell Add 1/4 cup of warm water Mix the dough until it comes together and is smooth Add water drops if needed to bring the dough together The dough should be slightly sticky and smooth Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest for 10 minutes Divide the dough in half and shape into rectangles Roll out the dough to about 1/8 inch thickness Trim the edges and cut into roughly 3-inch squares Wrap the squares in wax paper to keep them fresh Store in the freezer if not using immediately This is a book I wrote with not only recipes but tips on health eating... 35 Shades of Sinfully Healthy Recipes: Clean Eating Using Once Forbidden Ingredients https://amzn.to/3YRDc7T Scale https://amzn.to/3lTPa2d Bob's Redmill https://amzn.to/3IOaSOj Angel Stand Mixer https://amzn.to/3IojBVY Tapioca Starch https://amzn.to/3xJP5Rd
