This No-Oven Homemade Granola is an easy, highly nutritious and absolute yummy breakfast to kickstart the day !!
INGREDIENTS
*2 cup rolled Oats
*3 tbsp sliced Almonds
*3 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
*3 tbsp sliced Cashews
*2 tbsp melted Coconut oil/ Ghee
*1/3 cup Jaggery powder/ Maple syrup/ Honey
*1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
*1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
*1 tbsp Chia seeds
*2 tbsp desiccated Coconut
*1/4 tsp Salt
*1/4 cup Raisins
INSTRUCTIONS
1- Heat up a pan on a low-medium heat. Add oats, followed by almonds, pumpkin seeds, cashews and coconut oil. Roast for around 5 minutes. Make sure to stir constantly so they don’t burn.
2- Now add jaggery powder and roast for another 5 minutes until the oats become crisp and crunchy. Add in cardamom and cinnamon powder, chia seeds, desiccated coconut and salt, and stir for 2 more minutes.
3- Turn off the heat and Allow the granola to cool completely. Mix in the raisins and the granola is ready. Store it in an airtight container and enjoy!!
