Here's what I used to make my Haitian Spice:
6 Leaks
1 pack of parsley
2 head of garlic
2 bell pepper
fresh thyme
1 1/2 TBSP of salt
2 TBSP of black pepper
2 TBSP of whole cloves
3 Maggie cubes ( 3 large chicken bouillons)
1/2 cup of olive oil
1/2 cup of water
*Blend all together* VOILA
