4 Old layer chicken
1 chopped onion
1 tablespoon dried thyme
2 teaspoon curry
4 garlic
Thumb sized ginger
8 cups water
Fresh sage
6 chicken seasoning
Oil ( for frying)
Rice ( long grain parboiled rice )
18 cups of rice
2 stick of butter
1/4 sliced onion
1 plum tomato
