Nutritional Information/Bun:
Cal: 80.75 | Net Carbs: 0g | Fiber: 26.5g | Total Carbs: 20.25g | Fat: 4g | Protein: 5.25g
Ingredients:
70g/ ½ cup + 2 tbsp Oat Fiber
50g/ 1/3 cup Psyllium Husk Powder
14g/1 tbsp Baking Powder
2g/½ tsp salt
4g/1 tsp Sweetener
4g/1 tsp Instant Dried Yeast
3 Eggs at room temp
240g/1 cup lukewarm water
25g/ 2 ½ tbsp White Vinegar
1 tsp Keto Approved Oil
