📃✍🏼 INGREDIENTS:
CHICKEN:
- 600g thighs;
- 600g chicken fillet or sassami.
SEASONING:
- 20g salt (1 level tablespoon);
- 10g sweet paprika (1 tablespoon);
- Black pepper to taste;
- 10g garlic powder (1 level tablespoon), or 3 crushed garlic cloves;
- Juice of 1/2 lemon.
BREADING MASS:
- 480ml water (2 teacups);
- 2 eggs;
- 300g wheat flour (2 teacups);
- 50g cornstarch (1/2 teacup);
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder (baking powder);
- 20g salt (1 level tablespoon) *I reduced the salt a little in the video recipe!
- Black pepper to taste;
- 20g garlic powder (2 tablespoons).
BREADING FLOUR:
- 450g wheat flour (3 teacups);
- 10g sweet paprika (1 tablespoon);
FOR FRYING:
- 2 liters soybean oil.
