For the first time I bought a Kombucha and I was sent it by mail. The experiment was a success, the mushroom took root and turned out to be a delicious drink. When pouring, I added lemon and ginger to the bottles for flavor, and a different mixture of frozen berries. Try it, it's very simple and delicious.

The mushroom itself
The Bank 2l.
Sugar 50 gr. (you can have more if you like it sweeter)
Brewing black tea 2 tbsp
Ginger
Limon
A mixture of berries.
