Ingredients:
1 lemon
½ tsp agar
1 tsp sugar
0,5 l vegetable oil
yellow food coloring
Instructions:
1. Mix water, lemon juice, agar and yellow food coloring.
2. Bring it to boil.
3. Set aside for 10 minutes..Fill the syringe with a mixture.
4. Prepare a glass vase filled with 0,5l very cold vegetable oil, preferably chilled for 45 minutes in the freezer.
5. Expel mixture drop by drop to cold oil.
6. Separate the oil from pearls using a sieve.
7. Rinse with water lemon pearls.
