You will need:
6 large green mangoes
Chop, peel and take out the seeds of the mangoes
Add mangoes to boiling salt water and cook until tender
Blend 5 hot pepper and 4 heads of garlic together
Add pepper and garlic to 3/4 cup of Amchar massala to paste
In a pot add 1 cup of mustard oil
Add garlic, pepper and massala paste to the oil
Cook until paste starts to stick to the bottom of the pot
Drain out almost 3/4 of the water mangoes was cooking in
Add mangoes and some of the water to the pot
Add 1 1/2 tbsp salt
Mix well and cook until desire done
