How to make merguez? Learn how to make delicious homemade merguez with this recipe without additives and artificial coloring. In this video I show you step by step how to prepare and season the meat to obtain the authentic flavor of the famous merguez sausages. We filmed the preparation of 10Kg of merguez and gave explanations and tips.
