How to Make Mozzarella Cheese at Home
This is a quick Mozzarella cheese recipe, and it really is an easy cheese making recipe. Well, sort of!
The steps are easy to follow, most of the equipment and ingredients may already be in your refrigerator, and in about 30 minutes you have Mozzarella Cheese.
But sometimes cheese makers experience some difficulty with getting a solid curd, or a good mozzarella stretch. Not to worry-I've included some troubleshooting tips along the way to help you make your best cheese.
