Carrot 1.5pcs 红萝卜 1.5条
Scallion 2 青葱 2棵
Prawn 200g 虾 200克
Garlic 4 cloves 蒜 4 瓣
Minced meat 1kg 肉碎 1公斤
Salt 3tsp 盐 3茶匙
Caster sugar 2tbsp 细砂糖 2汤匙
White pepper 1/2tsp 胡椒粉 1/2茶匙
Five spices powder 1/2tsp 五香粉 1/2茶匙
Light soy sauce 2tbsp 生抽 2汤匙
