HOW TO MAKE NIGERIAN BUNS
Ingredients:
4 cups of flour
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 tsp of salt
tbsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of nutmeg
70 grams of butter
2 eggs
Zest of 1 lemon (the lemon zest is for flavor, feel free to choose any flavor of your choices)
1/2 cup of milk
oil for deep frying
You can double the ingredients if you're making more.
