Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Oxtail seasoning (optional)
Carrots (optional)
1/2 tsp paprika
3/4 tsp salt
1 medium onion (chopped)
Carton of beef broth
**Coat oxtails with all-purpose flour
**Braise in 3 tbsp cooking oil
To the oxtail ingredients;
32 oz carton of beef broth and
4 to 5 cups of water
