I make my Pastewax from Locally sourced Beeswax and Linseed oil. Below you can find the recipes for My Soft Paste wax and Hard Paste wax. this is a very old traditional woodworking finish that has many uses in the shop.
Hard Wax Mixture:
2 parts Bees Wax
1 Part Raw Linseed oil
Soft Wax Mixture
2 parts Bees Wax
2 parts Boiled Linseed Oil
1 part Mineral spirits White Spirits
