Today we're making SUPREMELY delicious pierogi. These delightfully chewy dumplings are made with a tender, enriched dough. And I'll show you three of my favorite fillings: potato & cheese, mushroom, and sauerkraut! PIEROGI DOUGH INGREDIENTS
Makes 18 pierogi
280 g / 2 ⅓ cups all purpose flour
3 g / ¾ teaspoon fine sea salt
75 g / ⅓ cup sour cream
56 g / 1 large egg, at room temperature
42 g / 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
