Ingredients for maca.
- Maca powder
- Sugar
- Cinnamon
- Clove
- Water
Peruvian maca preparation:
Boil the water together with the cinnamon and cloves for 15 to 20 min. Then, remove the cinnamon and cloves with the help of a strainer. Dilute the maca in cold water and add to the water. Add sugar and boil for 5 to 7 minutes. Optional add milk. Finally serve.
