Quince jam
One kg of quince
One kg of granulated sugar
Three cups of water (my advice is five cups of water)
Four cloves
Two quince seeds
Half a teacup of lemon juice

Preparation:
We peel the skin off the quince and take out the seeds. We finely chop them as we show in our video. We take it in a pot. We put hot water and boil it for 10 minutes to soften it. Then we add powdered sugar, cloves and quince seeds. When it starts to boil, we boil it on low heat for 50 minutes to 1 hour. We add lemon juice after 50 minutes. Let's check it at the end of the time I give. We take two spoons on a dish and check the consistency of the water and the grains. We take our pot in cold water and shock it so that our jam does not burn with the heat of the pot. It gets a nice color after it cools down. We fill it in jars and keep it in the fridge. We prepare it with seasonal fruits. It will enliven our breakfast time. Health to your hands.
Post script: I increased the water of the jam. When I checked it after it was completely cooled, I saw that the water has decreased as it boiled. That's why I increased the water to 1 liter.
