How to make Round to Square with inside offset

So this is also a square to round just like the previous videos but with an offset meaning that the centers of both square and round shapes have shifted (in this case 1'1/2 vertically)therefore forcing us to make (2) layouts. This is to drive home that no matter where the shapes are located, the process or steps on going about this is still the same. As long as you follow these steps, it will eventually make sense and memorized to apply them to other shapes.
