How to make samosa at home with available ingredients | Samosa recipe | Crispy samosa | ಸ ಮೋಸ
Samosa is a famous tasty tea/coffee time snack. Samosa is a simple recipe, unless you know the proper folding method. Today we show you one of the method to prepare crispy samosas. Samosa dough is usually made out of maida, but you can replace it with wheat flour. Stuffing is made by using potatoes, onions, green peas etc. In this video, I showed how to prepare home made masala powder to prepare samosas. Don't add water while preparing stuffing baaji. The chapathis cooked slightly to get a stiffness while folding. So that you feel easy to prepare moulds. Confirm all the edges are covered properly while stuffing, so that samosas may not leak out during frying.
Ingredients:
For masala :-
Dry red chilli 5
Cinominan 2pieces
Cardomom 3
Cloves 5
Jeera 1sp
Coriender seeds, 2sp
For Baji :-
Green pieces 1cup
Potato 3
Green chilli 3
Ginger
Onion 4
Salt to taste
turmeric powder
For cover of samosa :-
Maida
Water
Salt to taste
Coconut oil
