What is RTV mold?
Room Temperature Vulcanization (RTV) molding is a type of Liquid Rubber molding, Where wax Replicas are made by using this mold via Wax injection process in Jewellery Making Industry.
It is dose not require high temperature and Vulcanizing Press Machine to make rubber mold like normal rubber mold making process. The RTV is a silicon liquid rubber and mixed with 7-10% hardener followed with Vacuum Pressure to make its mold for using in jewellery making process.
