On my swatches, I easily keep track of brand name, common name, opacity, glazing, and pigment numbers. Other things you could add would be information on staining, granulation, lightfastness, lifting, and more. I like to keep mine simple as I use mine primarily for putting palettes together and simple comparisons for the channel.
