3 1/4 cup swansdown cake flour
3 cups sugar
1 cup sour cream
x5 eggs
2 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
3 sticks salted softened butter
preheat oven on 325 degrees and bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes
mix together and set aside streusel
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup crushed pecans
3 tbsp cinnamon
For frosting;
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Once cake is removed from pan, prepare the brown butter sauce by heating sweetened condensed milk and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring mixture to a boil, whisking constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for five minutes, still whisking constantly. Remove from heat and mix in vanilla and butter.
