Soraikkai (Bottle Gourd) - 1 no
Oil - 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Urad dhal - 1 tsp
Bengal Gram Dal - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 /2 tsp
Green chilli - 2 nos
Curry leaves – 1 string
Grated Coconut - 2 tbsp
Tomato - 2 nos
Salt - as per taste
Moong dal - 2 tbsp
Coconut oil - 1 tbsp
Asafoetida powder - a pinch
Red chilli Round – 2 nos
