Hello everyone, here's the list of ingredients along with the steps to sudanese kisra: Ingredients to make sudanese kisra: - one cup of flour - one cup of corn flour - one cup of water - one spoonful of lemon juice - one spoonful of yogurt - oil Steps to make the kisra: 1) in a bowl, add one cup of corn flour and regular flour, add one spoonful of lemon juice, one spoonful of yogurt and two cups of water. Mix it all together and blend it if needed. Put a saran wrap on top and let it ferment for two days. 2) on the second day, you’ll notice that the dough started getting consistent but there’s still liquid around it. Add one cup of corn flour and one cup of regular flour and mix it together. If it’s too thick, add water. The batter is supposed to be soft and liquid, the same consistency as crepes. Let it ferment an extra day. 3) you will need a rectangular piece of plastic to spread the kisra on the pan, use a lit or whatever could be useful to make a rectangular piece. 4) in a crepe pan, rub some oil on it, add one spoonful of batter in the shape of a C downwards. With the help of a rectangular piece of plastic, spread it out from right to left, right to left until it’s cooked and you see the kisra rising on the sides.
