Shrimp in Chile Verde Sauce/ Camarones Culichis
1-2 Lbs of Shrimp
5-7 Roasted and peeled Poblano Peppers
2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream or Half and Half
1 Cup Queso Oaxaca or Manchego- Mozzarella will also work for this recipe
1/3 Cup Cotija Cheese or Parmesan
1/4 Of a Medium Onion
2-3 Garlic Cloves
1/2 Bunch of Cilantro
1 Tbs Butter
Optional for spice Serrano or Jalapeño
Seasoning Blend
1 1/2 Tbs Chicken Bouillon
Black Pepper to taste
