*500g all purpose flour (4 cups)
*15g salt (2 teaspoon)
*230g butter 2 sticks
*1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoon cold water(about 125ml)
* 1 large Mackerel(cut up)
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1 teaspoon all purpose seasoning
* 1/2 cup water
* 2 tablespoons oil of choice
* 1/2 medium Onion
* 2 scotch bonnets.
* 1/2 teaspoon each: salt, garlic powder, chicken seasoning.
* Egg wash.
