2 stalk scallions
1 onion
1 scotch bonnets Pepper
1 tbsp fresh ginger
8 to 9 cloves garlic
2 tbsp pimento seed/all spice
3 tbsp wet jerk season
2 tbsp vinegar
4 tbsp oil
🌼Seasoning
1 tbsp jerk powder season
1 tbsp paprika
2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp All Purpose Season
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp sugar
3 tsp browning or dark Soya
3 tbsp water
📌Baked for 3 hours in total
📌Back in the oven for 15 minutes
