本日の動画は京都新京極、通称裏河原町に鎮座するカレーつけ麺・カレー拉麺のお店、
ランチセットが非常に高コスパな「なんだっ亭」さん密着動画です！
東京は西麻布の人気カレー麺専門店「しゅういち」でオープン当初より修行、
これまでフレンチやイタリアンでもシェフを務めてきた店長が満を持して地元京都にオープンさせたカレーつけ麺屋となります。
注目のカレーつけ汁は、やはりというか手間暇がめちゃくちゃかかっておりました。
7時間かけて作っているというチャーシューも一部作り方を撮影させていただきました！
こだわりの麺には関東で絶大な人気を誇る製麺所「浅草開化楼」特注の中太平麺を使用。
今回は紹介出来ませんでしたが、そちらの麺には個人的に「カレー油そば」が抜群の相性を誇っていると思っておりますので、皆さんも是非！

Today's video is a curry tsukemen/curry ramen shop in Urakawaramachi Kyoto Japan.
It is a close-up video of "Nandattei" where the lunch set is very reasonable!
Trained at the popular curry noodle shop "Shuichi" in Nishiazabu, Tokyo since its opening.
This store will be a curry tsukemen restaurant that opened in Kyoto, the birthplace of which the manager wanted.
The featured curry soup has been made very carefully over time.
I could shoot a movie of how to make some roasted pork fillet that will be made in 7 hours!
This is also noodles that was specially ordered at the popular "Kaikaro" noodle shop in Tokyo Asakusa.
I couldn't introduce it this time, but I personally think that it goes great with "curry oil soba", so try too!
For those who have never eaten curry tsukemen or curry ramen,
you should try to eat "Nandattei"'s curry tsukemen, curry ramen and curry oil soba!
