3-4 lbs Beef Marrow Bones
12 -14 Cups of Water
3 Bay Leafs
2 Teaspoons Gravy Master
1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar...very important
dont skip the vinigar
Vegetable Scraps..Carrot, Onion, Celery, Scallion, Garlic, Peppers..whatever you have on hand.
Roast bones on baking sheet for 1 hour at 400°.
Add Roasted bones to Pot, cover with water, add Vinigar and bay leaves.
Pressure Cook on high for 40 minutes, release pressure, add Vegetable Scraps and Slow Cook for 8-11 hours. Strain, and refrigerate broth overnight. Scrape off all the Beef Tallow(fat). Season Bone Broth with Fresh herbs, spices, whatever you want and use as you wish.
