Today, I made Tori(chicken) tsukune. Tsukune is one of popular menu of Yakitori. Although I used the skin and cartilage of the chicken, do you use them? Actually i hardly use them in my daily life ,however they are essencial of tsukune. I hope you'll enjoy Tori tsukune!
