My all time favourite Häagen Dazs flavour, Belgian Chocolate is on the cards today. What a stunning and yet really simple ice cream this is to make. Give this one a try and you will NOT be disappointed! UPDATE: I found a small grater that made the chocolate perfect so try grating it in the mix if you can find a small enough utensil. Ingredients: 250ml Double Cream (Heavy Cream) 125ml Milk 125g Sugar (granulated or caster ) 100g of 70% Belgian Chocolate 30g of Dark Cocoa Powder 30g Skimmed Milk Powder UPDATE MARCH 3RD 2023: I WILL BE MAKING THIS AGAIN IN A FEW MONTHS SO STAY TUNED FOR AN UPDATED VERSION.
