In my second year of playing the violin, one of the things I worked on was learning to play in third position. So I decided to make a video in which I show you how.
Many of you are self-learning the violin without a teacher, so I can imagine it can be daunting to figure out how to play in third position. I hope this video will get you started!
I'm providing you with the same exercises my teacher gave to me and which were a big help in getting me started. So I scanned these exercises, put them together into a pdf for you to download so you can start practicing yourself!
