This video shows a removal of a seized swingarm pivot bolt. It had already been damaged beyond repair. And it had to be machined to be removed. So I jigged it up on the Bridgeport mill and machined off the opposite end that holds it against the frame, and punched it out from the opposite side. Usually they dont take this, but when the end of the pivot bolt splits open from pounding on it, its at the point of now return. Local motorcycle service shops send broke or damaged parts beyond their shops capabilities for me to repair them when possible. No real magic hear, just using tools that are appropriate for the job at hand.
