During this time of quarantine and isolation, many of us who are feeling abandoned after a breakup are finding it especially tempting to reach out to an ex partner. Unfortunately, it's common for an ex to ignore us, as I have seen an abundance of comments saying things like: My ex won't reply to my messages, my ex won't respond to my texts and I can't stop texting my ex partner. Further, many of us are wondering: What do I do when my ex won't reply? Why won't my ex reply to my texts? In this video, I discuss the answers to these questions. I teach you how to respect yourself enough to stop texting him or her, and what to do when an ex won't reply to your efforts of making contact. I discuss why it is the most loving decision to stop texting someone who is ignoring you, and how to redirect that energy towards yourself in order to facilitate true healing. Learning how to stop contacting him or her, as well as learning to love yourself enough to let him go (or her go!) is a skill that must be practiced.
