Welcome to Dr. Joe Dispenza’s amazing daily routine series! In this video, I share a simple plan that can change your life by training your brain for success in just three days. Every day, you will practice clear and positive self-talk designed to completely transform how you see your world and build new neural pathways that lead to a brighter future.

We break the routine into three easy parts so you can follow along step by step. First, start your day with a focused morning routine (from 7 am to 9 am). When you wake up and open your eyes, place your hand on your heart and take three deep breaths. Breathe in for 5 seconds, hold for 5 seconds, breathe out for 5 seconds, and hold for another 5 seconds. Once centered, say these powerful words with emotion and energy: I am excited about this day. I am full of energy. I am worthy of greatness. I am capable of extraordinary things. Today is the day I break free from my past. Today my new life begins. Today I become the person I want to be. Today every cell in my body is awakening to new possibilities. Today I step into my new reality. Today my thoughts create my new future. Take a deep breath and let these words sink into your heart.

Next, during your afternoon routine (from 2 pm to 4 pm), repeat the same process while moving your body and walking. This active practice reinforces your positive affirmations and keeps your energy flowing. Finally, in your night routine (from 7 pm to 9 pm), repeat the affirmations as your last thoughts before sleep. Reflect on your day by reviewing your victories: Today I created new neural pathways. Today I stepped closer to my new reality. Tomorrow will bring even greater transformation. Let these words vibrate through your body as you settle into a peaceful sleep.
