I developed this technique, and all these little tips and tricks over the years of running my bounce house business, The Jump Off. One day I was training a new employee, and we were rolling this exact slide, and I decided in that moment that I was going to start the YouTube channel based on teaching my bounce house business techniques!
We shot a poor quality test video that is still set to private (maybe for a TBT I'll post it one day ;-) and I sent it to the Bounce House Operators FB group and a few other operators that I was mentoring, and the response was incredible! It was that evening I knew I had found my next project...YOU!
Excuse the poor audio, my mic was jacked...and I also lost a piece of the footage where I start the roll and the technique on how I do that...but true to myself, I decided to JUST GO and publish it as is :-)

Nick quit his 16 year "career" as as a District Manager for Journeys shoes in August 2019, and while he worked to scale The Jump Off, he drove uber, sold trash that he found on the side of the road, and picked up as many odd jobs (like building swing sets) as he could.
Then in late 2019, Nick hit "The Bounce House lottery" (https://originleadership.com/bounce-house-lottery/) and when the pandemic shut everything down in 2020, he sprung into action and took that moment to make The Jump Off what it is today!
