Let's get this clear – projects of this kind don't help to resolve problems with traffic jams and problems of safety. Those help just with finding a reason to spend money on for builders and officials. We're used to get rid of traffic lights and crosswalks in order to improve the traffic situation. But it does not work like this, today our cities still have jams and pedestrians still are unsafe.
A modern city is a city for urban dwellings, not for cars.
