This video guide will help beginners to StarCraft 2 learn how to scout. “Scouting” is the art of using the in-game tools at your disposal to figure out what your opponent is doing before they do it.
This is NOT a list of build orders and how to counter them. The purpose of this guide is to teach the fundamentals of scouting. The guide explains why scouting is important, how scouting works, what units to use for scouting, and how to interpret the information you gather.
The guide also covers how to get better at scouting, and the right mindset you need when assessing your scouting ability.
