How to sew a snuggle Sack / Snuggle sack tutorial / Sleep sack for small pets / Bonding Pouch DIY
There are 3 easy snuggle sack tutorials in this video. That's because there are several ways to make a snuggle sack, aka sleep sack, boning pouch, snuggle pouch. I am sure there are more names I am missing, but you get the point.
Not only are these snuggle sacks easy to make, they can be made with scraps of fleece, an old blanket or even an old shirt or sweat shirt. They are also seamless, making them safer for small pets like sugar gliders.
You can easily adjust the size of the sack or pouch to fit your pet or pets needs. I make my snuggle sack pretty big so more than one of my ferrets can fit at a time, as they love to sleep together and cuddle. You could sew these by hand, but it would take some time.
I make my snuggle sacks approximately 16" (w) x18" (h)
This size fits at least two or three of my ferrets at at time.
