🦋 INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE BAG:
Supplies:
1 Fat Quarter (I cut 10.5 x 12.5 put of two fabrics)

A 12 in. zipper
Directions:
Cut two pieces of fabric 10.5 x 12.5. (These dimensions can be adjusted and customized to your needs.) Cut one piece of fusible fleece at the same measurements. Fuse fleece to the reverse side of the exterior fabric. Align zipper on the 12.5 edge of the exterior fabric - zipper pull down. Pin and sew. Pin lining fabric along the zipper and sew. Press fabrics away from zipper teeth and top stitch. And sew the other 12.5 half inch edge to the zipper. Make sure your right sides are together. Pin and sew the other 12.5 inch edge to the other side of the zipper. Unzip zipper, and turn bag inside out so that lighting fabric is on the outside. You’ve now created a tube. Flatten that tube, keeping the zipper in the middle of that tube. Now, cut one piece 2x5 of leftover interior fabric. Fold into thirds horizontally and press. This strip will be cut in half vertically to become two tabs on the side. Align each tab with the zipper on the inside of the tube, making sure that the raw edges are facing outwards. Using a 3/8 in seam allowance, sew the tube closed on either end. Draw a 1.25 in square in each corner of the flattened tube, and cut those squares out. Reach into the tube and unzip the pouch halfway. Box the corners by pinching the square and sewing a 1/4 inch. Repeat on all four corners. Note the raw edges can be finished with binding or a zigzag stitch. Then turn inside out once more, and you have your bag!
